My name is Dart Stamps, creator of the Dart Stamp’s Training program that incorporates quality exercises necessary for each individual client. My system utilizes modern day training equipment including: The Core Board, Dyna Disc, Physio Ball, TRX Bands, Resistance Bands, Cardiovascular Exercises and more. If you are looking to achieve your highest level of fitness, I will prescribe the necessary exercise program to help you reach and maintain your goals.
I have received recognition for my training expertise from major publications including USA Today, ESPN the magazine and Men’s Journal Magazine. My certifications include: National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and Equinox Fitness Training Institution (EFTI) which provided me with the knowledge to help clients reach and maintain a comprehensive fitness program. I am committed to fitness and dedicated to good health for all my clients.
Whatever your personal goals may be, the benefit of working with a personal trainer is a great advantage. Training programs can vary from 2-5 days per week. I offer a variety of fitness programs to accommodate each client’s schedule and fitness needs. Clients choose the right program for their goals and I will execute them accordingly. When implementing the accurate assessment tools, my exercise system can develop a
program that will satisfy your fitness needs. I have designed special programs for Weight-Loss, Nutrition, Core Training, Strength Training, Post-Rehabilitation, Circuit Training, Stretching and Flexibility.
