Training sessions are designed to consistently help clients meet their personal fitness goals through personal assessments, corrective exercise techniques, and delivering quality instruction, guidance and motivation. I customize training programs for individuals with a variety of fitness needs, including weight reduction, increase in cardiovascular performance, maintaining lean muscle mass, and improvement in overall physical well-being.

 

Private Training Sessions

1 MONTH – 8 SESSIONS
2 MONTHS – 16 SESSIONS
3 MONTHS – 24 SESSIONS
4 MONTHS – 36 SESSIONS
Spring and Summer Programs
16 Sessions, 2 Months of Training with Nutritional Guidance Including:
1 hour of personal training
Setting fitness and nutritional goal
Prescribing personal exercise programs to help clients maintain a maximum level of fitness
PACKAGES ARE PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO FIRST SESSION
